Open World Assets

The above is a render of a telephone box which is very deteriorated as it is in the open world and permanently exposed to the elements. As it's made of metal, I've given it a rusty texture on top of the metal as well as a leaking water stained texture to show neglect and lack of maintenance.

The above is a stone sign which goes either side of the road at the entrance to the town as a 'welcome'. Again, as it's exposed to the elements, the stone will crack and moss will grow on it. I used bump maps to enhance the cracks and the stone texture to give it the rough, non-smooth feeling a stone sign would have.

The newspaper dispenser is also in the open world and exposed to the elements just like the telephone box. So again I put rust textures on top of the blue metal texture I gave it.

I made 2 variants to the street lamps as we use the usual standing up one along the sides of the roads, but in front of the City Hall, we have a broken one where the light is shining towards the doors.

The above are a couple renders of items found at the town's park. The paint on the metal work is flaky and slightly rusted as they're permanently exposed to the elements with no maintenance to them.

A Coca-Cola vending machine found in some of the town's buildings.
